This is a bugfix and feature enhancement release.

Changelog
- Fix a bug in server module due to carelessness when backporting a fix from trunk.
- Added some debug code to AOChat.php to output which key generation method is used to aid in debugging.
- Fix a typo in Admin module causing a query to always fail on adding new admins.
- Backport get_site from trunk to prevent the bot from hanging up for several seconds if Funcom XML is unresponsive
  and in worst case loose connection with MySQL if the server timeout is agressive enough.
- Fixed an issue in Items module which could lead to the bot "hanging" with 100% CPU usage if
  the central items database server was unreachable.
- Synched Level information with Helpbot. Graciously provided by Vhab
- Apply a cut_size fix that somehow got lost somewhere along the way.
