This is a major maintenance release hopefully addressing all issues with login key generation causing "Not expecting login" issues across all platforms.
Please note that the new php bundle no longer includes GMP nor aokex.

- Backported php.ini settings from 0.3.
- Backport the smarter StartBot.php from 0.3 to start.php.
- Fix an issue with !calc throwing errors if $result == 0.
- Updated Items module.
- Updated AOChat to workaround the key generation issues causing "Not expecting login" errors. BCMath is now the only supported method and is bundled with all php versions since 4.0.4.
