Limit invites to PrivGroup

What I'm looking for is to be able to set limitations to who can join the PrivGroup. I'm currently using Craized's modified PrivGroup where you can set the faction(s) allowed to join. What I would like to be able to do is to set a min level restriction and set invites to my org only or everyone that meets the min level requirement.

I know there are alot of raid bots out there that has this function allready, not sure of those are based on BeBot though. If anyone has such a module and would like to share it that would be great.

that should be easy to do, can you post the modified module with faction restrictions? I couldnt get ahold of any of craized's modules and I could use that one... Ill modify it to limit users if you post the code.
