BeBot systems requirements

What kind of machine you use is not really important with BeBot. It uses very little resources. The more important thing is the software.

For Bebot 0.5.x+ you will need:

PHP 5.2 or later. Latest stable release recommended.
BCMath extention enabled in PHP (default)
MySQL database (BeBot supports remote databases)

For Bebot 0.4.x you will need:

PHP 4.3 or later. PHP 5 recommended.
BCMath extention enabled in PHP (default)
MySQL database (BeBot supports remote databases)

Please note
Support for PHP 4 was discontinued by the PHP development team as of the 31st of december 2007.
It is highly recommended to upgrade to PHP 5.2
