The next 0.3 release will have the whois cache and table prefix.

However the Roster changes currently in SVN still need more testing in raid mode before im willing to make a release, and there are still some modules that need to be updated to the new users table, most notably Admin and Guest modules.
As much as the 0.3 releases are unstable testing releases, i'd still like to have them be in a state where it can be expected to function somewhat correctly
