Single column front page

I preferred the single news column on the front page. It was many times more readable and ascetically pleasing.

OK not important at all and I'm sure you are working on it, but I had to say something as my first through was ugh...that's so ugly.

Noes!! My feelings are hurt *cries*

It should be back to a single coloumn now.
I never paid much attention to it, and i didnt notice an issue since i normally browse in 1920x1200
