Offline bot management tool

Has an off-line bot management tool been made?

The idea is to be able to manage all the bot settings outside of being in-game, as long as the bot is down.

Whether it's a .NET style application, or something that could run in your local browser, it would be a fast, efficient way of configuring the bot before it is started/restarted.

I suppose I could add this to the webchat module thats just been writted. Would be quite easy I think, just need to add privilege levels to webchat users.

the webchat module is for BeBot-hyborian though...
