This was my project, however I haven't had time to work much on it, so instead of just leaving it on my drive to rot I put it in as a devel module for someone else to continue with.

The only problem that can't be solved by adding another wrapper is having too many wrappers.

The Vote stuff I created for 0.4 works fairly well (for what I use it for anyway...)
