Setting Countdown (CD) to both does not seem to work.

      $this -> bot -> core("settings") -> create("Countdown", "Channel", "both", "In which channel should a countdown be shown if it's no tell? In the channel of origin, or in both gc and pgmsg?", "both;origin");

the setting is for it it isnt in a /tell

but i dont see any point of having a CD in a tell for your viewing only, so changing the settings to do output to gc/pg/both even if in tell
