0.3 branch release plans

Hi there! I was wondering if there's an ETA on the 0.3 branch becoming a main release. I'm just thinking about doing a few plugins, but wondered how easy it would be for those I write them for to install.

Edit: Sorry, I mean .4 release as I remember the stable/unstable versioning planned. Lots of nice stuff going into the .3 release

Current plan is a 0.3.4 release, hopefully this weekend (this will be the third weekend im aiming to find time), with a 0.4.0 release shortly thereafter.

Basically, in terms of creating plugins, you are fairly safe writing them for the current SVN. There are no major changes planned until after 0.4 as it stands.
