A module to have a simple vote over issues in guild like what day to hold raids..

simple syntax like
/tell bebot !vote topic Raid Day Selection
/tell Bebot !vote addselection monday
/tell Bebot !vote addselection tuesday
/tell Bebot !vote addselection wednesday
/tell Bebot !vote addselection thursday
/tell bebot !vote timer 172                            (hours)
/tell bebot !vote initiate

or similar or simpler

Would be nice if the bot could also send a tell to members who log on to check out the vote with a explanation on how to available.
