So, this  plugin gives you access to twinker help commands :

!whatbuffs shows the usual twink items for a skill
!buffitem to see items details & QL breaking points
!clustloc for the location of a cluster
!impql to check the implant requirement at given QL
!impreq aka max QL of RK implant wearable for defined abil/treat

most of twink commands are from Imoutochan (RK1), except for impql/req : i got inspired by what's been done by Tyrence/Whiz (RK2), but i took the basis of an old Beananny html/js system (Dragons de l'Enfer @RK1), and added the refined part that was missing

Nice.  I guess (Dragons de l'Enfer @RK1) or you found the formula for the implants.  I could never find a formula that worked 100%.

in fact the perequations are pre-conditionned and a little boring to find out. while not perfect they give right values upto QL 300 with very rare +/-1 requirement's shift.

nop, only the common twink toolset considered.
