Whois.php Fix

Problem doing !whois with colors or stuff like highlight
reason: ##color##nick##end## (##nick##) changeing to color
fix - Moved a few bits so the nickname is no longer the only thing in the middle of the color
the prob is prob caused by it doing a check for ##color## before ##whois_name##

##color1##color2##end## creates a problem, as you can't guarantee if color1 or color2 gets replaced first. I should have picked different opening and closing tags I guess.

There still is time to correct that, even if it requires a complete modifying of all color tags in all modules.
