all the commands still work. and all the settings to have the different things spam at logon is set correctly but the bot will not spam..

I updated to the latest svn today to find that nothing is spamming not even the logon. 

!online, !news, !meetings (a custom mod) all do not spam anymore when people log on.  I updated a day or so ago also and only !online wasn't spamming, now nothing will spam.

and surprising there are NO errors on the bot.

well that was it.. now they both work.. not sure why that would of knocked out !news also.. but hey.. what the heck it works.. ty Alreadythere
