Have anyone yet tried to make the new bundled relay module listen to prefixes when relaying or made another relay module that does this, preferably using pgmsg?

My guild is a part of a big alliance where we need to limit the chatter which is relayed cause if not it'd be a nightmare to read guildchat, and thus need prefix to relay to that alliance, but at the same time run open relay to a baby guild and other prefixes to some other guilds we are linked to.

Until now we have been using IGN bot for the relay, but that is definitely NOT an option as it is not working properly at all way too often doesn't relay to some bots and doesn't receive from other bots again.

We would really like to loose those IGN bots for good, but up till now the BeBot relays haven't been able to replace it efficiently as they don't seem to have the prefix filtering we need, and this ain't my strongest side tbh...
