Instead of having to add and restart to bot for different urls to add to the bot (org website, forums, usefull links etc) I wrote this script.
With it you can add urls on the fly.
The method used can be used for any form of information output, but I wrote this one to be for urls.

Save the file as .php.

To custom/modules ?
I have the url.php loading in the bot but when trying to !url add Linknamehere http://sitename.here  bot only gives /tell bot !help

not working or not putting it the right place ? :\

all i had to do is remove prefix from the command checking to get it work with 0.5 so 0.4 should be fine
