Garden Key

I have decided to make a module to list all the SL garden keys since I have had so many requests for it. The code is really messy due to a lot of text in a blob but it works so hey

The command is "<pre>keys" and should work in all tell/pgroup/gc.

This module requires JJ's Nano Formulas Module

I added a switch to display only clan, only omni, or both thru !settings (keyguide)

PHP.

Of course, requires Glara's Module Setting's plugin also now.
